Brownie 

2 medium to large sweet potatoes (600g)
80g ground almonds
100g buckwheat or brown rice flour
14 medjool dates
50g / 4 tablespoons of raw cacao
3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
a pinch of salt

…Baking Time!

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into chunks and place into a steamer for about  20 minutes until soft
  3. Add sweet potatoes to a food processor with pitted dates
  4. Mix with ground almonds, flour, raw cacao, maple syrup and pinch of salt
  5. Place into a lined baking dish and bake for 20 minutes
